Used as a final coloured seal coat for the Deckshield range as well as other Flowcrete systems. This will provide a colour stable, low odor, abrasion resistant and UV light stable finish.

Deckshield UV (clear) is a 2 component, high gloss, UV stable, abrasion resistant aliphatic polyurethane sealer available in clear or coloured.

Flowcoat CR is a durable, coloured, solvent free epoxy resin-based flooring solution which provides excellent chemical resistance.

Uses
Typically used in industrial environments which may be subjected to chemical spillages. Can be used as a stand-alone coating or as part of Flowcrete’s resin flooring systems.

Flowcoat OP is a hardwearing and solvent free, epoxy resin flooring solution used to service various manufacturing workspaces by delivering the level best in protective and chemical resistant floor coatings.

The low maintenance, seamless and hygienic finish is aesthetically attractive.  Designed to create a uniform "Orange Peel" surface texture, Flowcoat OP may be used as a hard wearing protective floor coating.

Flowfast 215 Flexible Binder is a 2 component reactive flexible methyl methacrylate (MMA) modified resin.

Flowfast 215 Flexible Binder is typically used in the following applications.

• To provide a wearing and protect coats to Flowcrete MMA Waterproof membranes.
• Flexible floor coverings especially if exposed to low temperatures e.g. coolers and freezers.
• As a wearing layer for outdoor applications exposed to heavy mechanical loadings and rapid temperature variations i.e. ramps, bridges and carparks.
• As an intermediate coat for floors exposed to hot water.

Flowfast 319 Flexible Sealer is a medium viscosity, UV-resistant, 2 component reactive methyl methacrylate resin (MMA).

Uses
Flowfast 319 Flexible Sealer is used as part of the Deckshield Rapide and Flowfast range. In the liquid state it is blue-violet in colour. After polymerisation the sealer dries clear. Flowfast Flexible Sealer resists occasional hot water spillage up to 80°C. The flexibility and high UV resistance are also ideal for outdoor applications.

Flowfast Binder is a medium viscosity, colourless, 2 component reactive methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin.

Uses
Typically used as a Binder within the Flowfast flooring range. Systems using Flowfast Binder as the main binder must always be treated with a Flowfast Sealer (e.g. Flowfast Sealer or Flowfast Flexible Sealer). Flowfast Binder is a general purpose resin; it must not be used in areas subject to heavy hot water loading.

Flowfast Primer is a low viscosity, colourless, 2 component reactive methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin with good moisture tolerance.

Uses
Typically used as a primer to give excellent bonding to metal (e.g. iron, aluminium, stainless steel), ceramic tile and concrete substrates.

Flowfast Quartz Scatter is a hard wearing, decorative, fast curing, methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin floor topping made up of colour stable quartz granules encapsulated in a clear resin binder.

Flowfast Quartz Scatter has been developed to enable very fast track applications, therefore dramatically reducing down time.

Can be used as a seal coat for Flowfresh flooring systems including coving. This will provide a hard-wearing, chemical resistant, antimicrobial coloured sealer in a semi-gloss/satin finish.

Flowprime ESD Conductive is a 3 component low viscosity resin based conductive primer.

To be used prior to overcoating with Flowcrete’s range of electrostatic dissipative (ESD) flooring systems. Providing electrical continuity under the ESD resin floor toppings and to earthing points.

Flowseal UV Satin is a 2-component, UV stable, abrasion resistant aliphatic polyurethane sealer in a Satin/Semi gloss finish.

Typically used as a high wear resistant UV stable sealer to further enhance the performance of Flowcrete’s flooring systems.

Flowseal UV Satin (clear) is a 2 component, UV stable, abrasion resistant aliphatic polyurethane sealer in a Satin/Semi gloss finish.

Typically used as a final seal coat for Flowcrete decorative systems. This will provide a high abrasion and UV light stable satin finish. Can also be used as a seal coat applied directly onto honed and polished concrete.
