Fibre Reinforced Cementitious Mortar

A spray-grade, economical, shrinkage-compensated, repair mortar, and surfacing compound that exhibits excellent bond strength to concrete. It is ideally suited for substrate resurfacing of deteriorated concrete and is typically topcoated with Carboline’s lining systems. Various lining systems are available. Each system provides excellent corrosion protection against targeted exposures, especially to acid attack due to wet hydrogen sulfide environment found in wastewater

This fast cure high build polyaspartic coating provides excellent corrosion protection as well as long term weatherability in just one coat.

It can be applied direct to metal (DTM) at 150 to 250 µms dry film thickness (DFT) to eliminate the need for typical primers and/or intermediate coats. This significantly speeds up the painting process, saves labor, and saves money without sacrificing performance. This product is a solvent-free, high performance epoxy coating specifically designed as a pit
filling primer with ideal flow properties allowing it to wet-out and fill moderate to severe pitting on
steel tank bottoms. It's unique formula allows simple batch mixing for ease of application. With an

Reactamine Joint Seal FC is a 2-component 100% solids, polyurea-based joint sealant that is self-leveling and cures in approximately 30 minutes. It works equally well with asphalt and concrete and protects interior horizontal concrete expansion and control joints from spalling, chipping and breakdown. This product can be applied at temperatures ranging from -18° to 65°C and possesses excellent chemical resistance, water resistance and thermal stability at both high and low temperatures

Rustbond PS is a very low VOC epoxy primer/sealer that combines outstanding surface tolerance characteristics over marginally prepared substrates and user-friendly features. It accepts a variety of topcoats and can help save time and money by minimising surface preparation requirements for new construction, maintenance and overcoating projects. Rustbond PS has good pot life at higher
temperatures to help minimise waste and also cures at low temperatures down to 1.7°C with Epoxy Accelerator so you have one Rustbond product for year-round application.
