It is ideally suited for resurfacing deteriorated concrete in wastewater environment. Topcoated with Carboline’s lining systems provides protection from acid attack from H2S or MIC. Unique spraygrade (SG) formulation speeds application properties for quick turnaround projects

Carboguard 636 PW

Made to Order - High performance immersion grade epoxy that is designed as a liner for potable water tanks. This coating exhibits moisture tolerance during application, low temperature cure capability, and fast cure response for quick return to service.
Product is self-priming on steel and is normally applied in two coats. Formulated for application at 120 to 180 microns DFT per coat for potable use.

  • Very good flexibility – resists chipping and aged embrittlement
  • Lighter weight – 13% lighter than most similar coatings
  • Versatile surface tolerant coating

A glass flake-filled coating with dense cross-linking that exhibits excellent overall chemical resistance to a variety of aggressive chemicals. Glass reinforcement provides added abrasion resistance, permeation resistance and internal reinforcement.

Phenoline® 1205 exhibits very good acid resistance. Excellent for lining tanks or pipes in process facilities where hot water or abrasive conditions exist. Also used as a primary or secondary containment lining for a variety of aggressive chemicals

Amine Adduct cured epoxy. This product is a solvent-free, high performance epoxy coating designed as an internal tank, valve and pipe lining for chemical or other commodity storage.

The product is blush resistant and is typically applied at film thicknesses of 500-625 microns or thicker as needed (tank floors). It will withstand exposures typically seen in the oil and gas industries; crude oils and fuels. It is resistant to NGL condensates, produced water, brines, and industrial process water.
