Carboguard 635

An all-purpose immersion-grade epoxy that has a variety of attributes including low-temperature cure, surface tolerance, fast recoat times, moisture tolerance during application and cure, and excellent corrosion protection. This coating exhibits moisture tolerance during application, low temperature cure capability, and fast cure response for quick return to service. Carboquick 200

This fast cure high build polyaspartic coating provides excellent corrosion protection as well as long term weatherability in just one coat. It can be applied direct to metal (DTM) at 150 to 250 microns dry film thickness (DFT) to eliminate the need for typical primers and/or intermediate coats.
This significantly speeds up the painting process, saves labour, and saves money without sacrificing performance. If even better corrosion protection is desired it can be applied over our time proven Carbozinc or Carboguard primers.

Carboxane 2000 is an isocyanate-free, ultra-durable coating that provides outstanding colour and gloss retention as well as excellent corrosion protection for exterior exposures. When used over a suitable primer (as a two coat system) Carboxane 2000 provides the barrier, corrosion resistance properties, and weatherability normally achieved with a three-coat system (primer, epoxy intermediate with an acrylic-polyurethane finish) for most environments. This tightly cross-linked film utilises a UV-resistant siloxane binder resulting in a finish with excellent corrosion protection and weathering performance that far exceeds aliphatic polyurethanes.

Rustbond PS

Rustbond PS is a very low VOC epoxy primer/sealer that combines outstanding surface tolerance characteristics over marginally prepared substrates and user-friendly features.
