A high moisture tolerant (up to 95% RH as per ASTM F2170, AS1884:2012) 100% solids epoxy primer for cementitious substrates.

Uses
Deckshield ED Primer permits the use of Flowcrete products to be applied on top of concrete substrates that have a relative humidity of up to 95% and MPa of >725.
However, the surface must be dry; no moisture may be visible on the surface.
